About Us

The Washington State Association of County Clerks (WSACC), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing professional support to elected and appointed county clerks in all 39 counties in Washington State.

Our membership includes the elected County Clerks of Washington’s 39 counties, as well as their appointed counterparts in charter counties. As ex-officio clerks of Superior Court, our members play a critical role in the administration of justice and the maintenance of public records.

At WSACC, we are committed to coordinating the policies of County Clerk’s offices, providing a forum for the study and discussion of subjects vital to the procedural practices and conduct of County Clerks, and promoting beneficial legislation and Court rules. Our organization serves as a valuable resource for County Clerks throughout the state, providing opportunities for professional development, networking, and collaboration.

As a member of WSACC, you will have access to a wealth of resources, including training and educational programs, legislative updates, and a network of experienced professionals dedicated to supporting the vital work of County Clerks in Washington State.
