Registration
Same training, same business sessions, same recordings; your registration covers the full program whether you join in Lewiston or attend virtually. The WSACC Summer Conference is built for Superior Court Clerks, their deputy clerks, and operations staff, and we want every member of every county office to be able to participate.
The Venue
Lewiston, Idaho and Clarkston, Washington share one community across the Snake River, known together as the Lewis-Clark Valley. With the conference slated for this region and no Washington-side venue available to accommodate both meeting space and lodging the week of the event, the Hells Canyon Grand Hotel offered the full-service facilities we needed, just minutes from the state line.

Reference the WSACC Summer Conference room block when booking. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the booking page displays a nightly rate higher than $139, please disregard it; the $139 group rate will be honored at check-out.
Why Booking in the Block Matters
The $139/night rate is a negotiated group rate available only when WSACC members fill the room block. Reservations booked outside the block (even at the same property at a different rate) don’t count toward our agreement, which is why we ask everyone attending in person to use the booking link above. It keeps the rate honored and supports the association’s commitment to the venue.
For counties whose travel policies restrict out-of-state lodging: Washington-side rooms are available. Please contact admin@wacountyclerks.org and we’ll coordinate with you directly. We want to make sure every member has a place to stay.

Questions, Answered
Attendee, sponsor, and exhibitor registration all open Friday, May 8, 2026. Attendee registration must be completed by Monday, June 8, 2026.
Your registration includes all general sessions, business meetings, training, vendor presentations, breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Friday, refreshment breaks, and Thursday’s Annual Banquet (in-person attendees). Evening dining is on your own Monday through Wednesday. Lewiston has several restaurants within walking or short driving distance of the hotel.
Use the “Reserve Your Room” link in the Hotel section above. WSACC has a dedicated room block at the Hells Canyon Grand Hotel at the discounted rate of $139/night, available until June 1, 2026 or until the block sells out.
Yes, and every attendee contributes equally toward producing the conference. The educational program (speakers, content, planning) costs the same to deliver regardless of how you attend. For in-person registrants, the remainder of your fee covers food and beverage. For virtual registrants, that same amount funds the technical staff and equipment needed to deliver a quality live-stream experience. Same content, same investment, different way of receiving it.
Virtual registrants receive live-streamed access to all training and business sessions throughout the week, along with session recordings, and will receive connection details prior to the conference. Evening events and the Annual Banquet are in-person only by nature.
Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport (LWS) is approximately 5 minutes from the Hells Canyon Grand Hotel. Spokane International Airport (GEG) is approximately 100 miles north and is also a common option for attendees driving in.
Business casual is appropriate for general sessions and breakouts. Business or cocktail attire is suggested for the Annual Banquet on Thursday evening.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to WSACC by June 12, 2026, four days after registration closes, giving late registrants a window to cancel if circumstances change. A $50 administrative fee applies to all refunds. Cancellations after June 12 are non-refundable, but registrations may be transferred to another staff member from the same office at no charge.
We know some counties don’t finalize travel approvals until close to the conference date. If you anticipate your approval coming after June 8, please email admin@wacountyclerks.org before the deadline. We can hold a spot pending final approval and process your registration once you’re cleared.
